The hotel rooms were relatively new but lacking needed grab rails for support. The price should have been over $100 a night according to expectations. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being rude and unhelpful but others recommending local restaurants. The location was convenient with good highway access but slightly distant from downtown attractions. Overall, the facilities provided were average.

The hotel rooms were very clean with nice beds and a super clean shower and TV. However, the rooms had an overwhelming cologne smell that did not fade away.

I absolutely loved my stay at LaQuinta! The hotel is conveniently located, making it ideal for family visits to Duluth. The rooms were mostly updated and spotlessly clean, although the bathroom could use some extra attention. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, but I did notice some minor inconveniences like TV problems and issues with the laundry facilities. While the location was central and close to everything we needed, it did get a bit crowded during early September. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a small but sufficient breakfast option available. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with a few hiccups.
